Girls on step

Description

This is one of the largest oil paintings I've ever done and certainly was a labour of love. As you can see it is part of the vintage Bronx collection I've been working on.

The painting depicts four girls and one boy playing on a step in front of a dilapidated door. I found the fact they are playing with 'white' dolls interesting especially around the inequality back then.
